I've lived and worked in mid-town Toronto (Leaside) for many years. With expert knowledge of the local real estate market, I will carefully evaluate your property, the market (previous sales, homes currently available and what did not sell) as well as the climate -- Is it a Seller’s or Buyer’s market? And how do we know when the tide is turning? Using this information I suggest a listing price range, and work with my sellers to help them establish the best plan for bringing their home to market.
Helping You Get Top Dollar
Making sure you get top dollar for your home means making sure it is as marketable as possible. I will offer a stager consult, to ensure your home will look its best for buyers within the time and financial constraints for prepping you desire. I may recommend a seller pre-list inspection to ensure a smooth sale. To date, I have never accepted a payback for a referral to any outside contractor. I only recommend contractors I trust and would use for my own home.
